You’ll be right on the slopes at Haus Christophorus. In the Ötztal Mountains, it’s close enough to ski in and out of so after breakfast you’ll be on the mountain in no time. Its chalet-like décor gives it a homely and cosy feel, making it an ideal stay for families and couples alike.

Fill up on a buffet breakfast each morning, with a big bowl of muesli or cooked eggs. The Haus Christophorus doesn't have its own restaurant, but for simplicity you can upgrade to half board, with evening meals taken at the nearby Hotel Sportiv – less than 5 minutes' walk away. Or stick with bed and breakfast and discover some of Obergurgl's best restaurants.

After a day's skiing there's nothing better than putting your feet up – so head to the sauna and relaxation room, where you can stretch out your ski legs so they're pampered and prepped, ready for the following day.
