An international resort steeped in Olympic history, Seefeld has separate ski areas for beginners and intermediates, floodlit night skiing and a huge cross-country network. Just a stone’s throw from the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck, Seefeld is an attractive village built around a large pedestrian centre. Seefeld is known for hosting the Winter Olympics, both in 1964 and 1976, and most recently the first Youth Olympics in 2012. The village has plenty of high quality hotels and a range of activities for skiers and non-skiers alike. It’s an excellent choice for groups of mixed ability skiers or groups including non-skiers.

Austrian twin beds:
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.
