Like most accommodations in this small hamlet, the Edelweiss is right next to the slopes – if you’re an intermediate or above, you can step outside, click into your skis and glide straight down to the lifts. Beginners may need to take the lift or shuttle bus, but it’s still a nice journey either way.

Mealtimes are a real highlight here. They offer a delicious and varied breakfast buffet, full of wholesome food to give you plenty of energy for the day ahead. In the evenings, you can look forward to beautifully presented dishes that taste as good as they look. There’s also a lovingly decorated bar where you can enjoy an afternoon snack or evening drink. Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.
