Chalet Eaglet

Local architect Karl Fahrner created our Chalet Eagles Nest from his former family home and next door to the family hotel. At the same time he designed himself a rather unique and wonderful apartment spread over two floors for his own St. Anton residence. Our photographer told us this was one of the loveliest chalets he had come across (he's seen a few so this is praise indeed!) with a wonderful feeling and very spacious, in his own words it had the "Wow" factor so we are delighted to be able to offer this chalet to our guests.

Situated in a quiet, elevated location with lovely views across St. Anton, it is around an 8 minute downhill walk to the resort centre, main slopes and ski lifts (and don't forget to make life easier you can always leave your ski equipment at our rental shop at the foot of the slopes). If you really don't fancy an uphill walk at the end of the day, then jump on the ski bus which stops close by. Next door is the Hotel Fahrner with the welcoming Andreas Fahrner, this has proved very popular for dinner on chalet staff night off.

Sleeping just six guests but with an abundance of space, Chalet Eaglet is modern with a lovely spacious open plan living area of just over 45 square metres. There is even the benefit of a large central fireplace which is quite unusual in St. Anton. The three bedrooms have either ensuite or private facilities, one of which is a large master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe. The final "piece de resistance" is the outdoor hot tub for our guests to enjoy at the end of their ski day.

**For larger groups, think about combining Chalet Eaglet with its sister chalet next door, Eagles Nest. The two chalets combined can sleep up to 18 guests and mix and match your dining partners each evening!**

Meals in Chalet Eaglet, St Anton

Breakfast

Start your day with a hearty breakfast to fuel your day on the slopes, choose from a selection of cereals (not forgetting a bowl of Skiers porridge!), fresh fruit and yoghurts, freshly baked local bread and choice of preserves accompanied by fruit juices, tea and coffee. In addition, apart from chalet staff day off and change over day, and if you've got the room, enjoy a cooked breakfast!

Afternoon tea

On your return from the slopes, pop the kettle on and help yourself to a teatime treat with a slice (or two!) of delicious home-made cake or biscuits.

Dinner

Just imagine a casual dinner party with friends, now imagine that minus the stress of shopping, cooking, clearing up, ordering taxis, organising babysitters...... well now you can! Relax, your evening starts around 7.30pm swapping some ski tales and banter over canapes and aperitif followed by a delicious freshly cooked dinner with unlimited house wine until coffee to finish.

Special Diets
Our Chalet staff always aim to please and create menus everybody likes. If given notice they are happy within reason to adapt their menus to your specific tastes and dietary requests but please do bear in mind that chalets are mostly private houses and do not have vast kitchens or teams of chefs to cope with cooking separate meals for everyone!. We provide a vegetarian alternative for guests that don't eat meat or that evening choice of meat or fish. Please ensure that we know about any dietary requests including gluten or dairy free well in advance of your holiday and we will do our best to assist, but you must be happy to compromise with our chalet menu and accept that we cannot offer a completely alternative menu for you. We encourage you to chat to our chalet staff the week prior to your arrival to run through the menu and to check with regards bringing any items with.
Please note, we cannot provide totally vegan meals or kosher and cannot guarantee a nut free environment.

Children's Supper

We provide a child friendly supper with two courses of home cooked and nutritious food, at around 6pm for all children under 12years. We encourage you to chat to your chalet staff before arrival with regards your childrens meals so they know they are on the right track with their menu! if you have sole use of a chalet and you would prefer your children to eat a normal dinner with you at 8pm there is a £50 upgrade. For those in a shared chalet it is generally expected that under 12s would have the early supper.
