Chalet Taja

We are delighted to be offer Chalet Taja as part of our programme in St Anton for the 2016 / 17 season.

This superb chalet is situated in a wonderful peaceful location just a few minutes walk from the main Nassereinbahn lift. It oozes real Alpine charm and whilst been furnished with modern fixtures and fittings, therefore providing the perfect home for groups of up to 8 / 9 people for a well-earned skiing holiday. It has the added benefit of a superb outdoor hot-tub, something difficult to find in St Anton, and also a sauna in which to unwind after a hard day on the piste or perhaps even after an apres-ski session at one of the infamous mountain stops you may enjoy on your way home.

There is a lovely sitting room with a wood burning stove and comfortable seating for all. The original carved wooden staircase leads you to the four bedrooms, three of which are ensuite and one with a private bathroom.

All in all, Chalet Taja is superb choice for any group looking for a bit of comfort, relaxation and style. It is run by one of our friendly chalet hosts who lives in.

We believe we are the only recognized independent UK Operator to offer our properties on a flexible catering basis therefore providing our guests with as much choice as possible when choosing a fully-catered, part-catered or self-catered chalet or apartment. Our chalet hosts all enjoy cooking and take pride in what they serve and whilst they are not necessarily qualified chefs, they have good experience of dinner party cooking and many of them will have attended one of the well-regarded cookery schools with whom we work closely to ensure the highest caliber of staff possible.

Please remember though that our staff are also hand-selected for their personality and approach to work, something which we are sure you will agree, is absolutely paramount for the enjoyment of your well-earned holiday. If choosing the fully catered or part catered option, you will be assured of good home-cooked food prepared and served by great ambassadors from the tour operator. They will not offer luxury items or haute cuisine, they serve good wholesome hearty food fit for anyone after a hard day on the slopes. Menus will be varied and may include local dishes as well as the more traditional UK favorites such as roasts, lasagna or casseroles.

Chalet Wine: A selection of wines will be available for your fully catered stay (not self or part-catered) .

Please Note: Our menus have been formed over many years taking into account previous guests’ likes and recommendations and whilst we believe this plan to offer excellent variety, there will be the odd occasion when a dish might not be well-received.
