The Pralong wellness centre features a heated swimming pool (renowned as one of the finest in the resort), a steam bath, Jacuzzi and spa, as well as a SkinCeuticals beauty centre providing body and facial treatments by professionally trained beauty therapists. The SkinCeuticals philosophy is based on three complementary principles: to prevent signs of premature aging, to correct visible signs of age (in particular through the use of pure and highly concentrated active ingredients) and to protect healthy skin from the harmful effects of UV radiation through the daily use of sunscreen. Spa guests will have the opportunity to discover facial treatment protocols (intensive, detoxifying, unifying radiance, soothing, perfecting, and supreme anti-aging restructuring treatments, each of which is performed in 9 steps and lasts on average for an hour). Body treatments include double-peel activator, restorative resurfacing and rejuvenating firming treatment, the three anti-aging protocols developed by SkinCeuticals.
After the day’s exertions, the Wellness centre’s own physiotherapists are on hand to help you recover from any aches and stiffness with a relaxing massage.

Some of the hotel’s 65 guest rooms offer a superb view over the valley, while the others feature a balcony looking out over the Trois Vallées ski area. BAR & RESTAURANT:
The bar and restaurant reflect the resort’s authentic traditions. Guests can enjoy a gourmet experience with their eyes and their taste buds, either inside or on the terrace. Breakfast offers a choice of a traditional or organic and energising buffet (indispensible before a day on the slopes or just out in the fresh air). Lunch again takes the form of buffets, as attractive as they are enticing; more traditional dishes are served at dinner. On Thursday evenings a seafood buffet will delight gourmet diners. The bar offers an opportunity to sample some rare alcohols and vintage Armagnacs, with a lively musical ambience in the evening.
