If you're looking for a central-1650 location, then look no further. The Epicea is definitely all about location, location location...
This wonderful apartment is set on the top floor (3 floors) of an attractive building in the main hub of the village, opposite the well-known and popular Hotel Portetta. The French owner has decorated the apartment in a traditional Savoyarde style but has also managed to combine this with a comfortable contemporary feel. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, one benefiting from a jacuzzi bath to relax those sore muscles at the end of the day.
The village is literally on your doorstep and with just a cross of the side-street and a few steps, you are at the bubble whisking you into the 1650 ski area, known best for the phenomenal conditions it provides on fresh white powder days. This then leads you into the huge 3 Valley circuit where you can make the most of what Courchevel, Meribel, Val Thorens, La Tania and Les Menuires all have to offer.
The Epicea is run by one of our hand-selected chalet hosts who lives out nearby.

We believe we are the only recognized independent UK Operator to offer our properties on a flexible catering basis therefore providing our guests with as much choice as possible when choosing a fully-catered, part-catered or self-catered chalet or apartment. Our chalet hosts all enjoy cooking and take pride in what they serve and whilst they are not necessarily qualified chefs, they have good experience of dinner party cooking and many of them will have attended one of the well-regarded cookery schools with whom we work closely to ensure the highest caliber of staff possible.
Please remember though that our staff are also hand-selected for their personality and approach to work, something which we are sure you will agree, is absolutely paramount for the enjoyment of your well-earned holiday. If choosing the fully catered or part catered option, you will be assured of good home-cooked food prepared and served by great ambassadors from the tour operator. They will not offer luxury items or haute cuisine, they serve good wholesome hearty food fit for anyone after a hard day on the slopes. Menus will be varied and may include local dishes as well as the more traditional UK favorites such as roasts, lasagna or casseroles.
Chalet Wine: A selection of wines will be available for your fully catered stay (not self or part-catered) .
Why not enhance your holiday beyond chalets that are catered by pre-booking Additional Optional Extras such as Wii, Walkie-Talkies, Case of Champagne or Soft Drinks.
Self Catered Chalets are also available. Ask for details...
Please Note: Our menus have been formed over many years taking into account previous guests’ likes and recommendations and whilst we believe this plan to offer excellent variety, there will be the odd occasion when a dish might not be well-received. We would ask you therefore that if you have any specific dietary requirements or a yearning for dishes in particular, you esquire before booking your holiday and provide us with as much notice as possible regarding specific diets such as vegetarian, vegan, celiac or non-dairy etc.
