Looking to stay somewhere unique? Well, the Hotel Le Flaine is a listed building that’s famous for its Brutalist design, which uses concrete and sharp lines to mimic the surrounding mountains. It even juts out over the edge of the peak, so you know the views are going to be great too.

Historic as the outside is, the inside has an on-trend looks from top to bottom. The spacious rooms have a cool white-and-grey theme, bunk beds in their own little nooks, and big windows so you can take in the scenery. And the rest of the hotel’s just as stylish – from the spa with its hot tubs and sauna, to the bar where you can wrap up the day with a drink by the fire.

And when it comes to food, you can pick what works for you – stick with half board, or upgrade to full board or all-inclusive for fuss-free mealtimes all day long. And it's buffets all round here, so kick things off with a loaded plate before you hit the slopes, and fill up on French and international favourites when the evening rolls around.

Twin room - sleep 2 (approx. 18m²): Double bed or twin beds, private shower and WC.

Triple room - sleep 2-3 (approx. 20m²): Three single beds, private shower and WC.

Quad room - sleep 2-4 (max 3 adults and 1 child up to 11 years) (approx. 22m²): Double bed or twin beds, bunk beds, private shower and WC.

Please note: For safety reasons, children under 6 years old can't sleep on the top bunk bed.

You can book places in these childcare clubs if you stay in the Hotel Terminal Neige Totem, Centaure Apartments, Residence Panoramic, Residence de la Forêt or RockyPop Flaine Hotel. Childcare is at an extra charge and must be pre-booked to guarantee a place.
PEPI PENGUIN NURSERY (6 MONTHS - 4 YEARS)

Pepi Penguin Nursery (6 months - 4 years) is run by our team of Childcare professionals and held in a dedicated room in the hotel equipped with games and toys. Outdoor play included (weather and parental consent permitting).

Pepi Penguin Nursery includes:

• Full-day care from 8.30am – 5pm
• 2-course hot lunch
• Snacks and drinks throughout the day
• A daily routine and activities report for your child

Activities vary daily. We'll find time for stories, singing, arts and crafts including painting and collage making, plus messy play in the sand tray and free play with age-relevant toys set out for the children to choose what they want to do.

We're also really keen to take in some fresh mountain air each day, so we aim to have an outdoor activity at least once a day – maybe snowy walks, a gondola ride or snow painting. And if your child is used to a sleep, we'll factor that in too.
BEANIE BEAR CLUB (3-8 YEARS)

Beanie Bear Club (3-8 years) provides plenty of fun-filled days as our childcare staff offer a combination of care and skiing, which includes 6 x morning ski lessons, pick-up and drop-off from ski lessons, lunch and either full-day or half-day care by staff in the dedicated Beanie Bear Club room.

Full-day Beanie Bear Club includes:
• Full-day care from 8.30am – 5pm
• 6 x morning ski lessons, ski school drop-offs and pick-ups*
• Child skis, boots and helmet hire
• 2-course hot lunch
• Snacks and drinks throughout the day
• Afternoon games and outdoor fun.

Half-day Beanie Bear Club includes:
• Half-day care from 8.30am – 2pm
• 6 x morning ski lessons, ski school drop-offs and pick-ups*
• Child skis, boots and helmet hire
• 2-course hot lunch
• Snacks and drinks throughout the day

* Lift passes aren't included as each child's needs are different. If and when your child feels confident enough to use the lifts, you'll need to buy a lift pass locally.

Activities vary daily – to include games, arts and crafts and storytime – and are often based around a theme.

We're also really keen to take in some fresh mountain air each day, so we aim to have an outdoor activity at least once a day – maybe bus bingo, snowman competitions or a treasure hunt.
