Chalet Marine is a lovely traditional alpine catered ski chalet in La Plagne, with large lounge & dining area with balcony. The chalet is situated in a pretty wooded area of la Plagne called Plagne 1800 and is a short walk to the village centre of 1800.
The living and dining area is tastefully furnished chalet has a spacious, sociable open plan layout with plenty of comfy seating, a log fire, TV and large balcony. There are also loads of books and DVDs (including plenty for the kids) and a few games to keep you entertained.
We offer our guests a free shuttle service from the chalet to Plagne Centre which is available on five mornings. You can leave your hire equipment in the shop overnight (this is a free service just for iSki guests) and collect it in the morning or if you´re meeting your ski school class in Plagne Centre we´ll make sure you get there on time. The shuttle runs until 9.45am.
The chalet is on a track which leads you after a few minutes´ walk (about 200m), to a blue piste (Loup Garou). From the bottom of this run you can take the Melezes and then Bergerie chairlifts that drop you above Plagne Villages, or take the 1800 chair that drops you just below Aime 2000 - basically you´re in the heart of the ski area.

We make fresh porridge too and there´s always fruit juices and plenty of tea & freshly brewed coffee to get your day started.
On chalet staff day off we provide everything you'd normally find on the breakfast table except the hot option
We are also more than happy to cater for vegetarians and other dietary requirements with equal care and imagination.

What more could you want?
Afternoon Tea:
Yummy cakes or other delicious treats will be freshly prepared every day and laid out for your return from the slopes, even on your chalet hosts day off!
You can help yourself to tea and coffee too in front of a lovely, warm, log fire in one of the comfortable chalet lounges and relax after a hard day on the pistes!
Tea and coffee is available at any time in all of our chalets, just help yourself!
Dinner :
We choose only the best staff for our chalets. People who have a real interest and passion for good food and we encourage them to develop their own menu each week.
In all of our chalets we serve fantastic, freshly prepared, gourmet three-course evening meals with complimentary wines.
On the first and last nights of your holiday we serve pre-dinner appetisers and aperitifs ( every night at Chalet Eagle's Nest, Les Arcs ).
On one evening we will serve you a cheeseboard with a variety of delicious cheeses, some of which are made locally and are a must for cheese lovers.
Wine:
During our time working for a well known wine merchant in the UK we gained experience, knowledge and a deep interest in wine which we now draw upon to choose the wines we serve in our chalets each year.
The wines we serve for the duration of dinner each night have been specially selected by us for their quality, finesse, drink-ability and food matching versatility.
We only ever serve bottled wines to our guests at dinner and we enjoy the tasting and selection process each year as much as we enjoy serving the wines we choose.
We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Children:
We know how important it is to keep your little (and not so little) ones properly fed for their time in the mountains.
It takes a lot out of them having all that fun in and on the snow.
We normally serve children's high tea in each of our chalets at 6pm and our chefs will normally prepare the food we serve
completely from scratch. Usually this will be a main course and dessert.
We aim to provide our younger guests with just as much scrumptious and delicious food as our older guests which is why we try to have a chat
with parents at the beginning of their stay to find out what kind of foods the children like to eat.
We even try to hide the vegetables as much as possible.
