Chalet Kitz (Chalet Kandahar 4) is built to a high standard across 3 floors, and offers 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 people. The chalet is spacious, bright and features high-beamed ceilings and lots of character.

Guests love the large open-plan living area which opens onto the sun-soaked balcony from which you can enjoy the stunning views across the Haute Tarentaise valley.

All four of our Kandahar properties enjoy exclusive use of the building and have shared access to the wellness area with hot tub and sauna, and the fully equipped ski room with drying facilities.

Chalet Kandahar is located in the Les Eucherts area of La Rosière, and is just a short walk (around 5 minutes) from the amenities of Les Eucherts (restaurants, bars and shops) and the high-speed 6 person chairlift that gives you access to the Espace San Bernardo ski area.

The village of La Rosière is around a 10-15 minute walk away via a picturesque lit path through the trees, or take the free ski bus.

Catered bookings:

Breakfast - 5 days continental breakfast with hot option and 2 days a self-service continental breakfast.

Daily afternoon tea - Including homemade cake or biscuits, fresh baguette and hot drinks

Evening meals 3-course dinner on 6 evenings
House wine; bottled red and white wine, during dinner
Children’s high tea; two courses (if required)

*All catered 7 night holidays will include one full chalet host day off and one additional morning off.

Please note any shorter stays (including 3 and 4 night short breaks) will still include a full day off for the chalet host. Self-service continental breakfast and afternoon tea are provided on these days; please note evening meal is not included for the chalet host day off.

Self-catered bookings:

Guests will have full access to the chalet kitchen. Cooking equipment and crockery is provided, along with the essentials of oil, salt and pepper. We regret that the kitchens are not equipped with raclette or fondue equipment, however this can usually be hired from local delicatessens.

For self-catered stays, continental breakfast packages and dinner upgrades may be available to purchase as optional extras, subject to availability.

Self-check-in is available for self-catered bookings, after 16:00.
