Our base in the picturesque Tarentaise Valley is Chalet Sterwen, a modern eco concept housed in a charming seventeenth century farmhouse. Made from beautiful wood and stone and insulated with hemp and cotton, the chalet blends rustic design with modern comforts. Our authentic wood-fired hot tub sits within large private gardens for peaceful relaxation while the sauna helps ease aching muscles after a day on the mountain. Chalet Sterwen offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil setting in the village of Landry with three outstanding ski areas - Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and Montchavin-Les-Coches - just 6km away, all accessed by our private transfer service. The chalet sleeps 12 people in six cosy en suite bedrooms.

Location:

Mountain Therapy is located in a stunning rural location just outside the hamlet of Landry near Les Arcs. The large private gardens, open spaces, tranquillity and crisp fresh air of our alpine location will inspire relaxation and rejuvenation. Passionate skiers and snowboarders will love our proximity to the ski slopes, which are accessed by private minibus, while walkers and adventurers can enjoy pretty snowy walks straight from the chalet door.

Our normal service runs 7 days a week and includes:

We also offer an honesty bar stocked with healthy snacks. A continental breakfast will be laid out for you on our day off and we can help organise dinner in one of the local restaurants. Complimentary yoga is offered two nights of the week within the comfort of the chalet to help you relax and rejuvenate.
