Chalet Isba has to be one of the best located chalets in Méribel.
A short walk brings you to the nearest piste is the Doran at the Tourist Office and from here it is a minute's ski to the Chaudanne lifts and the ski school meeting place. Alternatively our complimentary minibus service will whisk you to and from the main lifts.
It is close to the village center; that is if you can drag yourself away from the wonderful facilities that the chalet offers. There is a unique home cinema with comfy sofas and a large screen where you can watch your DVDs. There is also a billiard room, a sauna and a hot-tub located outside on the deck.
The main reception rooms are full of character with authentic wooden paneling and beams and a log fireplace, as well as a further cozy lounge on the mezzanine level above. The chalet is built in to the hillside so the entrance is from the back on the second floor. This allows splendid views from the chalet, particularly from the hot-tub!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day while on a ski holiday, so we provide both a hot and a continental selection with a wide range of cereals or porridge, fruit juices, tea and coffee, bread (and croissants in France), cold meats, creamy cheeses and preserves, which is usually presented in a buffet style. On our staff's day off, only a continental breakfast will be provided.
Afternoon Tea:
Upon your arrival back at your chalet from an exciting day on the slopes, afternoon tea will be laid out for you. Everyday (except on the staff's day off) tea and coffee will be left out along with a freshly baked cake, to keep all of you skiers happy until your dinner is served.
Evening Meal With Unlimited Wine:
Your chalet hosts will prepare you a delicious freshly cooked evening meal on 6 nights of the week. Consisting of an appetiser, main course and desert, dinner is also accompanied by unlimited complementary red, white and rose wine during the dinner service. (please call our sales staff if you have any question regarding your evening meals).
Children's High Tea:
In chalets a healthy high tea will be provided for children under 11 years old, where the menus will be tailored towards children's tastes, pureed food is also available for infants upon request. High teas are served at 17.30 so children do not join the adult only meal. Christmas & New Year:
Our chalets will serve a traditional English Christmas Dinner accompanied with a glass of bubbles! This will include roast turkey with all the trimmings, a delicious Christmas pudding, mince pies, Christmas crackers and of course party hats, to create the perfect Alpine Christmas atmosphere.
On New Year's Eve a special festive menu will be served, alongside the added bonus that most resorts put on a spectacular firework display over the snow capped peaks. Is there a better way to bring in the New Year, than with fireworks and a glass of fizz?
Chalet Staff Day Off:
Please Note - Your chalet staff will have 1 day off during your stay with us, giving you the perfect excuse to try one of the fantastic local restaurants. Your in-resort ski representative can help you book or recommend a restaurant for you. On the morning of your chalet staffs day off, a continental breakfast will be left out for you.
Alternatively if you feel like having an extra night in your chalet and not going out for dinner, why not try one of our "Cook Your Own Suppers"? We have teamed up with Huski to offer you an alternative meal option, that you can cook and enjoy in your own chalet. You can have a traditional Alpine Tartifette followed by an apple crumble or Cottage Pie followed by a lemon cheese cake for desert, this is delivered to your chalet, with easy cooking instructions and we will even throw in some wine as well. Prices are approximately £12 to £15 per person, we can also offer vegetarian options as well.
