Le Koissou takes the ski chalet to another level and you may struggle to leave each morning! It’s a Fish&Pips favourite, and we think you’ll agree. With views up to the Roc de Fer and just 180m from the Golf chair lift and Lapin piste, it’s the epitome of modern alpine chic. And when conditions are good, you can ski right back to the terrace (where the hot tub will be waiting for you). We love the open-plan living and snugly throws, and children adore the bunk room.

Meals in Chalet Le Koissou, Meribel
Our full catered chalet service includes:
• A full cooked breakfast spread with daily special (two out of seven mornings are continental breakfast with no chef or host present)
• Afternoon tea
• Homemade children’s tea
• Five course evening meal – canapés, starter, main, pudding and cheese (five evening meals are included)
As you step from your transfer, we’ll take your luggage; make you feel at home; organise ski fitting in the chalet; have your passes ready and waiting; and if there’s time, get you up the mountain on the same day. And whatever time you arrive, there’ll be tea and cake or champagne and canapés ready and waiting for you. Fires will be lit, wine opened, and the aromas coming from the kitchen, can mean only one thing. You’re on holiday.
Each morning, after a hearty breakfast, we’ll make sure your children get to ski school on time – we have a mini bus service to take you to the meeting point in Méribel Centre – having introduced you to your instructors on day one. We can help advise and book you into our favourite restaurants for lunch and when you arrive home, after an adventurous day on the mountain, you can expect to be greeted with a delicious afternoon tea. Make sure you save some space as our professional chefs will whip you up a five course evening meal: Canapés, starter, main, dessert and cheese for five nights of your stay (six nights in Chalet Trois Ours). You may even wish for the host to bring you a glass of bubbles in the hot tub pre dinner! Our chefs never cook the same dishes week on week as their menus’ are totally tailored to your tastes. All our chefs have had training from the team of Michelin starred restaurant Trinity, in Clapham, and they’re eager to get their aprons on and create just the kind of food you love, whatever your diet, to start the day and when you come off the mountain for dinner.
One of the things our guests love most about a catered holiday with us is the free flowing wine. We don’t provide just one red and one white, we love our guests to sample a selection over their stay. We know that great food goes hand-in-hand with great wine, so we don’t compromise on the quality and range of our wine list. We offer a variety of wines to suit all palates and which perfectly complement our chefs’ diverse menus.
