Dinner:
One of the most enjoyable parts of a catered chalet holiday is undoubtedly the food. The chalet hosts aim to create the perfect dinner party every night of the week. Our food is of the highest quality, and our wines are carefully selected to compliment your evening meal.
We only employ great chefs who have the vision and ability to create a menu that suits you. We have designed a carefully created menu for our chalets, which still allows our chefs to be creative and flexible. If you have any special requests or dietary requirements, let us know and they can design a bespoke menu to meet your tastes.
We know how important the food is when it comes to your chalet holiday, so our meat comes from a local butcher, and our fish (transported from our Billingsgate market supplier to resort) is delivered fresh to each chalet...some of which is alive up to 20 minutes before delivery! We use ingredients that can be sourced locally to provide a menu of the freshest dishes possible.
Champagne Service:
La Siesta is part of our Premier Collection, however there is the option to upgrade to the full Champagne Service, for an additional £200pp.
f you are staying in one of our Champagne Collection chalets, your chef will be in touch before your holiday with his thoughts and suggestions for meals throughout the week. These can be adapted based on your personal preferences. Have a look at some of our sample menus below, to see the type of dishes you will enjoy in our chalets. In our Premier and Classic chalets, we have talented chefs to prepare canapes and delicious dishes for you to enjoy. All of our chefs will be happy to adjust their dishes based on dietary requirements and preferences, so just let us know if you have any requests.
In our Champagne Collection chalets, your chef will prepare a tailored three-course menu, based on your preferences and requests. We use a carefully created menu in our chalets, allowing our chefs to create high quality dishes depending on seasonal produce and personal tastes. The cook / hosts in our Classic chalets are also happy to tailor their dishes, so let us know if you have any dietary requirements or requests. Your meal will be finished off with a spectacular dessert. Coffee and petit fours are offered after dinner, after which you can relax in your chalet or sample some of Verbier’s famous nightlife.
