With prestigious interior designers shep&kyles design creating a unique blend of class, grace and contemporary layout and style across 3 levels, this chalet is set to be breath taking. With 6 ensuite bedrooms, the chalet comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, with bedrooms offering double or twin set up. The ground floor features a ski locker room with boot warmers and plenty storage space for every guest and 2 ensuite bedrooms. On the middle floor, you will find the additional 4 ensuite bedrooms, a snug for movie watching and access onto the decking with outdoor hot tub and sauna – the perfect place for an evening aperitif. The top floor of Chalet Doyen brings you the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space, with plentiful seating and stunning mountain views. With further outdoor space to enjoy it all from on this level, this is true winter indulgence.

Food & Drink

Our experience and knowledge ensure the highest standards in taste and presentation. Not only is the food delicious but there will always be plenty to ensure you are fully refueled for the following days of fun. We all know how well deserved a little ‘drop’ is after a long day on the mountain, which is why we will welcome you back in the afternoon with homemade goodies and a vin chaud to warm those aching muscles! To compliment your delicious evening meal we will serve free flowing good, local wine. A complimentary port will also arrive with your cheese board.

What’s included:
Canapes and bubbly on arrival Wake up to freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolate’s, locally delivered fresh baguette’s and a full continental breakfast in a buffet style. We also serve a different hot option daily (except for staff day off).

Afternoon Tea consists of tea, coffee, hot chocolate (which is always available) and a freshly baked cake, cookies or other freshly baked delight. A delicious 4 course evening meal is served 6 nights of the week (one staff day off) with plenty of free flowing wine too. Following dinner there will be coffee & chocolates served or a soothing herbal tea.

We can cater for any special dietary requirements too as long as we know in advance, simply inform us on booking so we can prepare in advance of your arrival.

We cater for children – children can either join the adults for their evening meal or eat at an earlier time with a simpler ‘children’s menu’. If there are any specific needs, likes or dislikes just let us know before you arrive.

Breakfast, the most important meal of the day!

We love breakfast! We offer a full continental breakfast with freshly baked croissants and local baguettes delivered every morning. Each day we offer a hot option too which can vary from eggs benedict to American style pancakes. Porridge is also always available to keep you fuelled for your day on the mountain.

Cakes, cookies and tray bakes!

After a long day on the mountain we like to welcome you back to the chalet with freshly baked treats! We offer a range of classic cakes, home baked cookies and delicious tray bakes, with our chefs adding their individual flair. Be sure to let us know your favourite flavour! A freshly prepared mulled wine or ‘vin chaud’ or tasty hot chocolate will also be awaiting your return to warm you up inside out!

A carefully designed evening meal menu which will make sure you are fuelled and energised for the mountain the next day!

Food is our passion and each winter we design a delicious menu with emphasis on great taste, excellent presentation and plenty of it! After a day on the slopes, sit down and enjoy 3 full courses served with fresh bread followed by local cheese complimented with a glass of port. The meal is finished off with coffee and chocolates on offer and of course there is free flowing French wine throughout.
