Chalet Daisy

We were delighted to take on this wonderful chalet apartment last season and it has proved really popular. In a superb location, in the L'Aquila Residence situated in the Rond Point des Pistes, this apartment couldn't be more ski convenient. It is at the foot of the slopes, besides the main lifts and close to the ski school meeting points. The resort centre is either a stroll across the nursery slopes or if you are really feeling lazy just jump on the free ski bus which runs constantly during the day and stops virtually outside the building.

Situated on the fourth floor, this is a really spacious duplux apartment. It is extremely well appointed and elegantly furnished with a stylish interior design and top quality fixtures and fittings. It offers a large open plan living/dining room with plenty of comfortable seating and a separate dining area. On the upper floor, there is another sitting area with sofas and tv providing a cosy snug area perfect for children to sit and watch dvd's whilst you relax over dinner downstairs! The large South facing balcony on the lower floor is a particular feature offering lovely views and an enviable sun trap.

With its fantastic location and ease of convenience, even the ski hire shop is downstairs! this prestigious chalet apartment offers comfort, space and a ski in/out location - everything for a perfect ski holiday!

Meals in Chalet Daisy, Val d'Isere

Breakfast

Start your day with a hearty breakfast to fuel your day on the slopes, choose from a selection of cereals (not forgetting a bowl of Skiers porridge!), fresh fruit and yoghurts, freshly baked local bread and choice of preserves accompanied by fruit juices, tea and coffee. In addition, apart from chalet staff day off and change over day, and if you've got the room, enjoy a cooked breakfast!

Afternoon tea

On your return from the slopes, pop the kettle on and help yourself to a teatime treat with a slice (or two!) of delicious home-made cake or biscuits.

Dinner

Just imagine a casual dinner party with friends, now imagine that minus the stress of shopping, cooking, clearing up, ordering taxis, organising babysitters...... well now you can! Relax, your evening starts around 7.30pm swapping some ski tales and banter over canapes and aperitif followed by a delicious freshly cooked dinner with unlimited house wine until coffee to finish.

Special Diets
Our Chalet staff always aim to please and create menus everybody likes. If given notice they are happy within reason to adapt their menus to your specific tastes and dietary requests but please do bear in mind that chalets are mostly private houses and do not have vast kitchens or teams of chefs to cope with cooking separate meals for everyone!. We provide a vegetarian alternative for guests that don't eat meat or that evening choice of meat or fish. Please ensure that we know about any dietary requests including gluten or dairy free well in advance of your holiday and we will do our best to assist, but you must be happy to compromise with our chalet menu and accept that we cannot offer a completely alternative menu for you. We encourage you to chat to our chalet staff the week prior to your arrival to run through the menu and to check with regards bringing any items with.
Please note, we cannot provide totally vegan meals or kosher and cannot guarantee a nut free environment.

Children's Supper

We provide a child friendly supper with two courses of home cooked and nutritious food, at around 6pm for all children under 12years. We encourage you to chat to your chalet staff before arrival with regards your childrens meals so they know they are on the right track with their menu! if you have sole use of a chalet and you would prefer your children to eat a normal dinner with you at 8pm there is a £50 upgrade. For those in a shared chalet it is generally expected that under 12s would have the early supper.
