Over the 2024, the Experimental Chalet Val d'Isère hotel will be reimagined into a winter’s haven of epic proportions, an escape in the heart of the French alps. The new hotel will include 113 rooms, two restaurants, a cocktail bar, a spa and a kid’s club. A place to relax, indulge and experience the thrill of skiing through fresh blankets of snow.

Step into our sanctuary of self-care, a welcome respite after a day on the slopes, a place where tired muscles are gently massaged and complexions are made to glow. Alongside our treatment rooms, our sauna, steam room and indoor pool are available for all guests to use at their leisure.

Location:

Val d’Isère, in the Haute-Tarentaise region of the Alps, enjoys an exceptional location. Facing due west, the Solaise massif has enabled small hamlets at the crossroads of three valleys to be transformed into a splendid ski area since the 1930s, earning it a worldwide reputation today, renowned for impeccable skiing conditions.

On top floor of Experimental Chalet Val d’Isère hides Bellevarde Penthouse, our grandest space reaching 58sqm. An open plan living space, where the bedroom and sitting room flow seamlessly into each other. Named after Val d’Isère’s infamous black ski run with a 959m descent, Bellevarde Penthouse is a space of epic proportions. A king-sized bed is the centre piece and a spacious wardrobe is hidden behind large maple doors. Meals in Experimental Chalet Val d'Isère, Val d'Isere

Restaurants:

A respite after a day on the slopes, where rustic touches blend with tributes to the Savoie. A wood-fired oven at the heart and a menu filled with traditional dishes, like delicate mountain cheeses, tartiflette and raclette. The perfect finale to a day spent in the snow.
