Named after it’s altitude a whopping 2,400m above sea level, if you’re looking for a snow sure place to stay then look no further! As these apartments are located in the upper part of Val Thorens, known as Les Balcons, they benefit from stunning views of the slopes and the valley. They are also well located for bars and restaurants, with plenty to do on your doorstep. The Red Fox is a particular favourite.These apartments combine modern comforts with traditional alpine authenticity. Guests will enjoy the wood & stone architecture, with fireplaces in all larger apartments and all your mod cons in the kitchen.

With apartments available from two to six bedrooms, this residence can work well no matter what your group size. There are only twenty seven apartments in this block though, so we recommend booking early, especially for the larger apartments in high season, as these do sell out fast. Other facilities include the relaxation area with sauna and hammam and free & unlimited WiFi in each apartment. End of stay cleaning is included and there is also a bakery delivery service so guests can enjoy fresh bread and croissants each morning. Beds are made upon arrival and linen and towels are provided with a mid-week change.

Val Thorens is big on the white stuff - as the highest ski resort in Europe at 2300m, it is one of the most snow sure that you can visit in the French Alps. Although perhaps not the most picturesque ski resort, what it lacks in looks it more than makes up for in convenience and skiing on offer.

The purpose built village is more or less on the piste and a vast array of local amenities are on the doorstep, with numerous bars and restaurants only a stone's throw away. Ski holidays in Val Thorens are a sure way to get the most out of the snow
