Hotel Gran Roc

The stylish and modern Hotel Gran Roc, previously known as the I Cavalieri, is undergoing a complete renovation for Winter 19/20 under new management as part of the ABC hotel group. Along with its siblings including the Hotel Du Col in Sestriere and the Hotel K2 in Sauze d’Oulx, this new addition continues the chic, rustic theme and warm homely atmosphere that Crystal customers love about these hotels.

Located on the edge of Sestriere, the hotel has great views over the town and its iconic round towers, as well as the ski area in the background. It’s around 10-15 minutes’ walk to the centre of resort with several bars, restaurants, and Tabata – one of the biggest nightclubs in the Alps. And for getting on the mountain, it’s a 10-minute walk down to the Fraiteve gondola for accessing the rest of the Milky Way ski area, or jump on the Garnel chairlift to ski the Sestriere mountains.

After a day on the slopes, relax in the hotel lounge bar by the fire and enjoy the afternoon tea and coffee. Or head down in the evening for the regular live music. And when it comes to meal times, days begin with a wide range of hot and cold options on the breakfast buffet, followed by a 4-course evening meal with a choice of dishes, and a starter and dessert buffet.

Choose from a variety of room types. There are twin rooms and double rooms that sleep two. Or upgrade to a spacious family suite or a junior suite for a luxurious and modern room that sleeps up to four people.
