Chalet Rendez Vous

Chalet Rendezvous is absolutely superbly positioned, right next to our "Italians" and can boast being one of only a small handful of freestanding traditional chalets within a stone's throw of the main Medran lift accessing the full 4 Valley ski area.

This super chalet is a little old-fashioned in places but having gone through a few recent updates it is totally wonderful in offering a shabby-chic style and really comfortable surroundings for everyone. The ground floor has a large dining room with a huge dining table and upstairs boasts a warm and cosy sitting room with roaring open log fire. The staircase linking both floors is a little tight and steep however external access to both floors is really straight-forward.

At just a few steps to the piste next to the Medran lift, the Rendezvous simply could not be better placed. You can ski back to within a few feet of the chalet and then enjoy a well-earned rest in the lovely living room in from of the open log fire making the most of one of our sumptuous afternoon teas or perhaps a delicious glass of our house wine. For those of you perhaps looking for some retail therapy or great apres-ski, the resort centre is literally a few minutes walk so you really can enjoy everything this super leading Swiss resort has to offer.

Rendez-Vous is run by one of our specially selected chalet hosts who lives in a separate apartment above the main chalet.

Meals in Chalet Rendez Vous, Verbier

We believe we are the only recognised independent UK Operator to offer our properties on a flexible catering basis therefore providing our guests with as much choice as possible when choosing a fully-catered, part-catered or self-catered chalet or apartment. Our chalet hosts all enjoy cooking and take pride in what they serve and whilst they are not necessarily qualified chefs, they have good experience of dinner party cooking and many of them will have attended one of the well-regarded cookery schools with whom we work closely to ensure the highest calibre of staff possible.

Please remember though that our staff are also hand-selected for their personality and approach to work, something which we are sure you will agree, is absolutely paramount for the enjoyment of your well-earned holiday. If choosing the fully catered or part catered option, you will be assured of good home-cooked food prepared and served by great ambassadors for Powder White. They will not offer luxury items or haute cuisine, they serve good wholesome hearty food fit for anyone after a hard day on the slopes. Menus will be varied and may include local dishes as well as the more traditional UK favourites such as roasts, lasagne or casseroles.

Chalet Wine: A selection of wines will be available for your fully catered stay (not self or part-catered).
