If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and you want to ski the 3 Valleys then there is no better place to look than Brides Les Bains. Traditionally it is a spa town just on the outskirts of the 3 valleys ski area but it has a direct link to Meribel via the Olympic Gondola. You can be right in the heart of Meribel in just 20 minutes and ready to hit the entire 3 Valleys ski area.
Not only is Brides Les Baines popular as a cheap place to stay for a week's holiday, but is also very popular as a destination for short break weekend skiing. You can get to Brides Les Bains in about 2 hours from Geneva and for those looking for a cheap ski weekend without spending too much time on a coach it is the ideal location.

Skiing Info
The fact that you can access the entire 3 Valleys ski are from Brides Les Bains say it all. There is a huge 600km ok of linked piste and the skiing is great for all abilities.
Once you get off the top of the Olympic Gondola and step straight out into the heart of Meribel beginners have a great choice of slopes. There are plenty of green and blue runs to practice your technique.
Intermediate skiers are very well serviced. A huge range of runs spread across 4 major resorts all covered on the one lift pass. However, if you are only staying for a weekend and want to keep the cost down then it might be with thinking about just getting a local Meribel lift pass as there is plenty of intermediate skiing just in Meribel itself.
500km of piste is enough to get any advanced skier salivating at the mouth. with the full area lift pass, you have 4 of the world's best ski resorts all covered on the one lift pass and it is all full linked in via lift and piste. Once you start your day skiing you can ski all day without stopping if you want!
As with skiers, snowboarders are well looked after on a skiing holiday to Brides Les Bains. Loads of piste to cover, a huge amount of off-piste snowboarding to find, and a selection of multiple board parks. You can probably ride a different park on each day of your holiday!
the entire 3 Valleys are is packed with off-piste skiing for you to find. Some of it is more challenging than other bits and some bits are more accessible than others but if you are into off-piste skiing then you will not be disappointed!

Apres Ski Info
There is not much of an apres-ski scene in Brides Les Bains but there are a few bars if you want a drink or two once you have got the bubbles lift down at the end of the day. The non-apres-ski activity in Brides Les Bains is hitting the spa, after all Brides Les Bains is traditionally a spa town rather than a ski resort. However, if you are looking for something a bit different then why not hit the local Casino for a bit of a flutter!
