The Hotel Guineu, in Pas de la Casa, underwent a light makeover last year, to make it an even better place to stay in the centre of this lively resort. This great-value property is close enough to the atmospheric vibe that the town is famous for, but also far enough away from the crowds that you’ll get a peaceful night’s sleep.

The Guineu is located just 25 metres from the Granvalira ski lifts and slopes, meaning you won’t be getting on any buses and you definitely won’t be trudging around with all your gear for very long – step outside the hotel and onto the lifts, it can’t get easier than that.

The 39 bedrooms are sleek, immaculate and spacious, and are equipped with central heating and flatscreen TVs.

Downstairs, there’s a bar and restaurant – where you’ll have both your morning and evening meals – serving a menu full of Andorran and Mediterranean specialities made with the best local products. You can also pick from a selection of French wines (from the cellar) to accompany our meal.
