The hotel is located on the edge of Soldeu, 15 minutes' walk away from the main shops and bars in resort - though the hotel does provide a free daily shuttle up to town, so you don't have to worry about walking. If you just fancy a drink in the evening, you don't even have to leave the hotel - just head to the on-site lounge bar instead.

Soldeu and neighbouring El Tarter have some high-end accommodation, a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and access to over 200km of piste. As part of the wider Grandvalira ski area, they’re perfect if you like to get some miles under your belt. There’s easy access to kids’ snow gardens and the local blue and green slopes make them great for first-timers – and there’s a fair number of runs for the experts too. An incredible snow record in the past couple of seasons means you’ll be in for a powder treat.
