Haus Gurgl

At the entrance of Obergurgl, the family-run Haus Gurgl is sure to make a great first impression of this fantastic resort. The hotel underwent extensive refurbishment and building, in 2014, making this one of the most up-to-date hotels on offer in Obergurgl.

The location is excellent - just 100 metres from the nearest ski lift. Plus, you can ski right back down to the door. Once back at the hotel, simply unclip your skis or board and walk straight into the ski room with heated boot racks. Outside the front of the hotel is a bus stop to take you to the Festkogelbahn and nearby Sölden.

The hotel’s refurbishment left no comfort untouched and the owners have made the great decision to become a fully non-smoking hotel. The rooms are cozy and spacious with lots of traditional flair. Plus, the newly constructed dining room is very elegant.

Set yourself up for the day with a rich breakfast buffet. The evening meals take you on a journey through the flavors of Austria along with plenty of pleasant surprises.

For ultimate relaxation, head to the new Verwallgruppe Glacier Spa. Here you’ll find 300m² of wellness including Finnish and herbal saunas, a steam bath, infrared cabin and Kneipp showers along with a wide selection of soothing massages and beauty treatments.

Standard twin room (original wing) - 25m² - sleeps 2: Austrian twin beds, private bath, WC and balcony.

Superior twin room (original wing) - 30m² - sleeps 2-3: North-facing. Austrian twin beds, single sofa bed, private bath and WC.

Superior Neu twin room (new wing) - 42m² - sleeps 2-4 (max 3 adults): Austrian twin beds, single bed, single roll-out bed, private shower, bath and WC, and balcony.

Please note: Rooms in the original wing of the hotel have been fully refurbished. Rooms in the new wing are newly built.
