The unique and stunning location does mean resort is a 25 minute walk away but with the free local bus stopping every 30 minutes during peak times and the hotel running a daily shuttle to and from the lifts, this could be the ideal setting for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Better yet, in good conditions you can ski to the Santa Cristina lift straight from the hotel.

The real star of the show however is the hotel's cuisine. Hotel Rodella has been awarded the prestigious ‘Gambero Rosso award’ recognising exceptional Italian food and wine.

This hotel is definitely a little bit special and with every room having a balcony with stunning views of the Dolomites, it's perfect if you need to escape. The newly refurbished spa is an added bonus - it's so nice to come back for a sauna or steam bath after a day out on the slopes. Comfort Rooms are about 25m². They're traditional and comfy rooms with double or twin beds and a balcony with mountain views. Facilities include a TV, safe, shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.

Superior Rooms are about 28m² and have a living area and a balcony with mountain views. They can sleep up to four people with a sofa bed.

Junior Suites are about 28m² and sleep up to four people. They have a balcony and mountain views.

There's three cosy dining rooms at the hotel where a varied buffet breakfast and five-course dinners are served. Expect international and local dishes on the menu using high-quality ingredients. Once a week there’s a Tyrolean evening with lots of local food to try.
